I will be teaching an IN-PERSON workshop at MISCHIEF in Oakland, CA! I am going to show the students how to use a variety of media such as oil pastels, acrylic inks and markers to paint an OWL on a vintage record! It is going to be so much fun! MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION TO ONLINE CLASSES
This is a monthly subscription to my ongoing ONLINE mixed media classes where each week we will choose a different animal or plant to render and will use a variety of media to bring it to life! With the subscription package you receive a $10 discount off of the weekly rate as well as a recorded video of the lesson emailed to you! In addition, I email the students a curated list of my personal photos references for the week’s subject/s as well as an itemized list of the materials I plan to use/demo for the lesson. WEEKLY ONLINE CLASSES
Tap into your creative side and have fun drawing a NEW subject each week in this ongoing ONLINE weekly class where the focus is on colored pencil where I show the class how to render each subject through color matching, layering, blending, and adding final touches! We will also experiment with different substrates and surfaces such as toned papers, PastelMat, and other textured papers. PRIVATE LESSONS
I am a mixed media art teacher working in a wide variety of media including watercolor, water soluble markers, colored pencil, acrylic inks, acrylic paint, ball point pen, graphite, water soluble pencils, oil crayons…just to name a few! I am happy to teach the certificate holder how to use any of these media in subjects such as animals, botanicals, and human portraits.
The classes can be scheduled according to your liking taking into consideration I live in Oakland, CA (PST time zone). Classes are 2-hours long for groups or individuals, are held via Zoom or in-person, and can be customized to fit the needs of you or your group.
COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS AND CLASSES
I will be teaching online Mixed Media BUTTERFLY workshop at MISCHIEF located in Oakland, CA on Saturday, January 30th from 11am-1pm.
We will use water soluble markers, Micron ink pen, colored pencil and anything else you have at home you’d like to add to your artwork! Mixed media means no rules and lots of fun experimenting how the art supplies respond and work with each other! Plus, butterflies are so beautiful and are the perfect subject for this type of organic play!
