Tap into your creative side and have fun drawing a NEW subject each week in this ongoing ONLINE weekly class where the focus is on mixed media such as soft pastels, colored pencils, watercolor, and acrylic paint. I show the class how to render each subject through color matching, layering, blending, and adding final touches! We will also experiment with different substrates and surfaces such as painting on cardboard, drawing on toned papers, Pastelmat, and other textured/sanded papers. I will explain and demonstrate different techniques used for each type of substrate along with how to include solvents and mediums to help get the most out of your art! Classes take place via Zoom platform and Zoom link is emailed to students before class.
